Since we’re a small company and almost all of our products are custom made to order, our lead times can be variable. Generally, we will try to ship your order within 4-6 weeks.

Because most of our items are custom made to order, we cannot typically issue a refund for any order once it has gone into production. If you request a refund before an order has gone into production, we may be able to issue a refund. Otherwise, refunds will not be issued outside of exceptional circumstances.

Yes! We ship from the U.S. but we can ship just about anywhere. Just be aware that you may have additional local taxes to pay.
